Fees & Insurance
I am a Headway provider, so many insurance plans are accepted through Headway (about Headway). Please email me to ask about availability and insurance. If your plan isn't covered, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Your appointment time is reserved for you, so please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can let me know by email, through the client portal, or by voicemail at .
A single late cancellation or missed session usually does not lead to a fee. If a pattern develops, I'll reach out so we can talk about what's getting in the way and problem-solve together. If the pattern continues, fees may be applied on a graduated basis, and I will explain them to you before any charge is made. If your sessions are covered by Lyra Health, a late cancellation or missed session uses one of your covered sessions instead of a fee.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
This applies to all self-pay services, including the assessment and letter package.
Self-pay cost estimator
See what a course of therapy could cost if you pay for sessions yourself. This is not your Good Faith Estimate — I’ll give you that in writing before your first session, or whenever you ask. Nothing you choose here is saved or sent anywhere.
If your sessions go through insurance, Headway or Lyra, your cost depends on your plan. Please check with them directly.
