Teletherapy

Teletherapy sessions are held from the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient for you, using HIPAA-compliant online video with screenshare. Zoom for Healthcare is used when needed.

Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Counseling can help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Individuals with problems with emotion regulation may need Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Lori has completed DBT Intensive Training through Behavioral Tech, the affiliates of the Linehan Institute. DBT is used for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, bulimia, PTSD, and substance use disorders.

Trauma & C-PTSD / PTSD

GastroPsychology

Psychological and behavioral factors play a key role in developing and maintaining disorders of gut-brain interaction (DGBI), including disorders of the upper GI tract. Several complex upper GI disorders can be effectively treated with behavioral interventions taught by a trained psychotherapist. Training through the Rome Foundation.
